Answers:
You shouldn't worry about how tall you're going to get. Right now you need to focus on taking care of yourself. You should take your medicines regularly to keep your body functioning, not just to grow taller. Don't worry about being the average height. Who wants to be average anyways? I bet your beautiful just the way you are. If you do feel like having a little height, your female, you can always pump up the volume with some stylish heels. I'm a 6'0 tall female, and I always felt insecure about wearing heels, so I never did. I was always jealous of shorter females who was able to wear cute heels and still be shorter than most guys; since they usually want to be taller than their girls. Seriously, You are fine as you are. Please don't feel the pressure to be like everyone else. Just be you. If you do grow a little, fine, if you don't that's okay too. Your real self comes from within. I know that cliche, but that's what people are really attracted to, the inner you. I'm talking about real friends and a boyfriend who loves you for you. Not for your height or anything else. So take care of yourself.
sorry, but usually once you reach the age of about 16 you are done growing.. that's the case with any female.
at 18 its not very likely that you will grow anymore.
You stop growing about 21. You're a girl don't worry about it, you've probably reach the maximum.
The kidney's may have played a part in your height.
Think about the other end of the spectrum of being a 6'2 inch girl??
Unless you're going to be a model, it's all good.

But all of my boys got their height pretty early, then they kinda staved off around 18yrs old. Girls grow slower than boys.
I was the tallest and the eldest of 4 (only girl) then my brothers started eating 2 dozen of eggs, packs of bacon for breakfast and other things that ate my parents out of house and home. They are 5'11 and up. I stayed at 5' 2 1/2".

4'10" isn't bad, it's cute and look at it this way, you have more men to choose from that are shorter.
We have short Indians in our family and my husband was short, but....
My youngest 5'6" son's wife is 5'8' they look funny together. His brothers are all 6' up
and look at Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes?
Most females stop growing at 15 and even earlier.

Try a Yahoo search for "grow taller naturally" but please beware of scams.
even though you are a female you can still grow taller.
but you have to stop eating calcium. that will make your bones very weak, then do a lot of stretching, long jumping, and also keep your state of mind focused on getting tall. while in the process, you can use pills to improve your HGH.
once you think you are tall enough, then start back on eating alot of calcium. your bones will be back to normal leaving you taller.
If you are still within the growing age then perhaps you can add a few inches by eating a balanced diet and leading an active life. A nutritious diet that includes fruits and vegetables, dairy, cereals, meat, and plenty of water will aid the natural process for enhancing height. A good and proper night’s sleep is also essential for the growth process. Taking part in active sports along with some stretching exercises can have a cumulative effect on human growth. There is not much we can do to grow taller after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence. Surgical options, though available, are EXTREMELY RISKY and of course expensive. This leaves us with basically two options.

1. Stretching Exercises: - These exercises will help you improve your posture. You’ll be surprised that how much of “Height” is hidden behind your slouched back. You can, at any age, add an inch or two of height by simply improving your posture. Follow the link below for information on specific height enhancing exercises:

2. Second, you can create a “Taller” effect by following some smart fashion techniques. You can easily add another inch or two of “illusionary height” by improving your dress coordination. The link below can provide some input on height increase through fashion effect:
