How to stop getting sick from germs?

Question:
whats the easiest ways you get sick from germs? from touching people who are sick, breathing in their airspace, or drinking from their glass/making out with them (swapping saliva)?? im really paranoid about getting puking bugs and the like, what are the best things to do to avoid them? thanks:D

Answers:
The easiest way to get sick is when you come in direct contact with a germ infested object. Then you touch your face in any way. People touching you when they are sick does affect you, because odds are they coughed in their hands and then touched you. Coughing or sneezing on you is the fastest way to get sick. Then it would be touching stuff that is infested, such as door knobs, phones, toilets, etc. Airplanes are not so bad, because the air is filtered before it comes back in the airplane, so any chance of getting something is lessened. The only way you can get sick off of a plane is by touching infested things. You shouldn't really share drinks with anyone. I think if someone is sick, human instinct would be to not make out with them. You would get sick from saliva. It's OK if you're a germ freak. Anti bacteria products help, dramatically. Just carry around a bottle of purell. I'm sort of like you, so i understand where you are coming from. Put purell (or any 99.9% anti bacteria hand sanitizer) on your hands whenever you feel the need to. I've been doing it for a year and haven't got sick yet.
it's you or them kill or be killed and squish they tiny little heads
First you find a bubble...
Wash your hands throughout the day, don't put your fingers in your mouth, don't share cigarettes, cups, bottles with others, etc. Don't be paranoid about it though...
Hand washing and good sanitizing is the best way to avoid germs. When you sneeze, cover your mouth, touch the door knob and then your friend touches the same door knob you are spreading germs.just that easy:-)

Wash your hands FREQUENTLY!
Don't worry about it. Your body has an immune system. It works. If you spend your life worrying about germs, you will always be paranoid. That's not a good way to go through life. Chill out! Have fun! Only old people die from germs.
The World is CRAWLING with bugs...- They're EVERYWHERE! :0 So WHAT to do? Keep yourself reasonably clean, & STOP WORRYING ABOUT IT! The bottom line IS, you're MORE likely to make YOURSELF sick- by worrying about it- than you are by ignoring it. "Impossible!"-You say? -Consider THIS; Worrying is stressfull, & stress WEAKENS our Immune System... And the weaker our Immune System gets- the MORE illnesses we pick up. So cut yourself a "break"- and stop worrying about what "bugs" might get you. In the END- we're ALL our OWN worst enemy... :)
The main cause of people getting sick is from not washing their hands.

You don't need to be super-paranoid around sick people--just don't share drinking glasses, etc with them. You can still sit next to them and talk to them. Breathing near them is fine, provided they are not sneezing or coughing openly (ask them to sneeze, cough into a hankie or napkin).

And always wash your hands before eating or touching your face.
