If I where to put a tight metal clip on each one of my moles, would they just drop off with no problem?

Only if you want to cause an infection or possibly bleed to death. You need to see a doctor about mole removals. There's no at-home procedures that can remove moles.
I have heard of tying off skin tags with string but metal clips on moles.are you kidding? Moles are not just on the surface of your skin...you have to get them surgically removed. Unless they are changing and growing which indicates the possibility of cancer, I would just leave them. Don't do anything that will land you in the hospital.
You should just tye a thread in a knot around the top of the skin tag, and it will lose circulation and eventually shrivel up and fall off... You have to keep doing it. It can take weeks to fall off, or just days.
eeeww...no, it won't work. If they bother you that much go to a dr which is where you will probally end up if you try to get rid of them on your own.
