I have sever scoliosis--like I should be wearing a back brace. Though my back does hurt sometimes when I sleep in a weird position, or hunch over, I have found that NO it does not interfer with being able to have a "you know" .
I have Scoliosis and I had to wear a back brace for like 5 or 6 years. It wasn't so bad though. I could freak people out by knocking on my stomach and I got out of gym class. There's really nothing that having it restricts me from doing, though I have no idea what you're talking about.
If you're talking about your period, it won't effect it. If you have to have surgery, the way the did surgery 10 years ago would make you start your period, I think just because of the trauma to your body. I know the surgery is a lot more mild now a days, so not sure on that one.
