Have a strong stomach and practice running alot
Well you need to make sure to drink a lot of water and eat correctly so that you can have the energy to run at those speeds.
And o run faster, you have to practice. There's no other way, But if you time yourslef or have someone time you while you're running. Set a goal like, 20 seconds to get from your driveway to the third house down, or something like that, and each time make the time lower and lower for motivation.
Make sure its decent and is actually possible to do, don't over-due things, otherwise you'll just tire yourself out and injure yourself.
