You need the proper vitamins to be health and grow well.
Eating at proper times perhaps is more health but as long as your eating proper when you eat it should be ok.
Not much data has been confirmed in this subject. There are some scientists that think eating in very small amounts all day long is more healthy then eating 3 standard meals.
So there is no for real answer. Just try to eat a balanced amount of food each day. Enough so your not starving , make sure you get your vitamins , and eat the proper food groups etc.
