well my kiddies got this bad and I hate to say there is no magical medication to get rid of it quicker than a week. All you can do is use calamine lotion, benadril, and take oatmeal baths that will help the itching ans dry the welts out.
*DO NOT USE BLEACH it is a harmful irritant and will make matters worse.

if it is making me sick he has it bad go to the doctors. theyll give you some antibiotics im a landscaper i get the stuff on me all the time.
If he has it real bad, he needs to go to the doc and get a shot for it. Being that he has on a significant part of the body already and feels ill, then he needs the doc. Home remedies are not going to help right now. Calamine lotion will help keep the itch down and over the counter Benadryl will help to dry the blisters up. Get him to the doc, if you can. This stuff can get in the bloodstream and spread.
Mix a tiny bit of bleach with water and apply it to the area.Bleach will help dry up the area but do not use it straight as it will burn the skin.
