Why is it that when you hang upside down, all of the blood rushes to your head, but when you are standing up, the blood does not rush to your feet?
Answers:
Perhaps if man had a million years of evolution walking with his hands the scenario you suggest would occur.
less sensitive at your feet than your head, especially to blood pressure
it is the natural way gravity is, so the body is equiped better to handle the stress of gravity pulling it that way
