Answers:
No point in using guess work. I would suggest a visit to the GP.
It's a Tumaaaaaaaaaa.
It could be asthma, but get it checked by a doctor
could just be the start of a chest infection if its only short term
Stress can cause this. Definitely. Mention it to your doctor, are you stressed at the moment?
ive had this in the past and the gp put it down to anxiety and stress
If you have allergies that could be the problem if the air is to dry and clogged up you could start breathing differently
This happens to me too. Usually you are in fact getting enough oxygen, but don't feel like you are. This can be anxiety related, but even if you don't feel particularly anxious, the very though that you are not getting enough air could mean you have actually been overbreathing, which can induce the feeling that you aren't getting enough air. I usually find the best thing to do is take a deep breath, hold it, let it half way out, hold it, all the way out, hold it, half way in, hold it, all the way in, hold it, and so on. This slow form of breathing gets all the oxygen you need but also helps you to relax. Breath from your stomach, not your chest. You should see your stomach going in and out as you breath. Hope this helps.
yea my breathing is like that too but i dont know what it is
Hi! I am suffering from the same, I,m overweight and also not sleeping a full 8 hours at night, I don't think it can be asthma.
I do believe that I am suffering from stress re: work and finance, I can fall asleep at any time of the day, I believe that I am suffering from Sleep Apnoea
go to the doctors see the asthma nurse does this happen everyday or just when you have been busy are you in need of losing weight it is not fair when we can not get the deep breathe we need but gentle exercise will help you but visit nurse before you do anything else
