When I go to sleep early (9pm), I always wake up at 1am or 2am for a couple of hours. Why is that?

Question:
Whenever I go to sleep at my usual time (11pm), I always sleep through the night until it's time to wake up at 7am. I can't figure it out.

Answers:
Apparently the 4-5 hours of sleep you had already gotten was enough for your body type. You could try staying awake longer and going to bed later. If you average 4-5 hours of sleep at night, then you need to adjust your bedtime.
