Well men can grow till they are 21 but I doubt that you could grow 3 or 4 inches. You're just gonna have to stay with the height that you've got.
I heard 25 is the max age you can grow any taller... unless you were a heavy lifter which stunts your growth, as well as smoking at a young age.

im not positive but i dont think you can get any taller but as you get older you may get shorter thats what ive always heard

pills and injections for growth only work when youre in puberty, and growing naturally at this point wont work.
you should get gel-shoe-pads and put them into your shoes, theyll make you alittle taller without anyone knowing

You can wait and see, but most likely you will not grow any taller. Most guys stop growing taller by like 18 or 19. If you are past puberty, i doubt any growth hormone would help. Even if you tried, the side-effects would probably outweigh the CHANCE you could gain an inch or something taller.
Honestly, I would NOT worry about your height. I assume you are thinking being shorter hurts your chances with women. But really it doesn't. Just accept that you will be that height for the rest of your life. Or wear taller shoes, see if it helps.
