Can an average body temp of 37.5c or 99.5f can be normal for me..?

I don't see why that can't be your body's normal temp..
I run 97.2 or so most of the time. Every time I am in the hospital the take, retake, *shake the thermometer* and take it again. After surgery or when I am cold for an extended period of time I get down to 96.7 and around there.
Remember everything the doctors say is an "average". To get an average, there bound to be some higher and lower than "average".

yes. my normal body temperature is 97.4. The 98.6 is a pretty standard guideline, but by no means fits everyone.
