How do i grow 5 inches in 2 years at the age of 13 almost 14?

im going modeling in a year with a friend and her aunt wants us to be fairly tall and im already 5'5 but i still want to get taller is there anything i can do besides wait for a growth spurt?? PLEASE HELP!

Other than taking a human growth hormone, No there is nothing you can do. And human growth hormone could make you grow to 6 1/2 feet tall.Do you want that? I think not.
eat ur veggies seriously it helps u have to eat right!
Dont drink coffee or alchohol and dont slouch when you sit because all of these things will not help you grow and they can verz possibly hinder growth or slow it down. Dont lift weights until you are 18 and when you run be sure that you are wearing proper shoes because the sock can damage your knees and impact cartilage. Im pretty sure these things ae good to do if you dont want to hinder the speed of the growth. When you go to get a check up ask the doctor if you can see your growth chart and they can predict how tall you should be in a year.
