You will become healthier. A well balanced diet is more important. 70 % vegeatables and fruits 30 % meat (non fried)
If your not hungry dont eat. Everytime you eat it breaks your body down a little bit. When you do eat just eat healthy.
well if you are just surviving on junk food then you will become what is called a junk food junkie, and of coarse you will get fatter and you will have bad hiegine and you wont feel healthy good food is as important as a good nights rest it does the body good
if you stop eating you go thin and hungry.
