How can i stop from blacking out?

I am 15 and whenever i am sitting down and i get up to get something i blackout for 30 secounds and this happens a lot.
what is the cause?
what can i do to prevent this?
plus i am very active.

It sounds like you have orthostatic hypotension issues. This can be a side effect of a medication you're taking or caused by something else. You should make an appointment and talk with your family doctor. He/she can help you with this.
low blood pressure, least you won't have to worry about high blood pressure. Do you smoke anything? might be your problem.

This sounds like low blood pressure to me. I have a similar problem, assuming you are talking about "seeing blackness or colors" and not passing out when you stand up. Make sure you are eating healthy foods, including enough iron in your diet. Dehydration can also cause this problem, so also make sure you are consuming at least 8 glasses of water (not soda or juice!) a day. You should also avoid caffeine and eating too much sugar which will cause a drop in blood sugar, which can cause low blood pressure and dizziness. You should also get checked out by a doctor to make sure there isn't anything major wrong - they will probably say what I did, in which case, if the problem gets to be a nuisance, you can always try acupuncture.
