You should not do it at this age because it could end up really messing up your nose. At 17 you are actually still growing and the shape of your nose is probably still going to change some. You should most definitely wait until you are at least 21. Legally I think you can have it done at 17, but it is not a good idea because it could end up messing up your nose even more in the long run.
