Does anyone wake up and "really" look forward to getting outta bed?

Question:
i'm just tired of the same day to day routine. i want more in my life. i want to take my kids camping, teach them how to play sports. just be a true role model to them. can anyone give me any advise on how to go about it? drugs? excersice? vitamins? ect...

Answers:
I can relate to this problem.
I recently took a motorcycle safety class and the other day rented one for the first time and rode 200 miles on it and had a blast (I'm 43 and my Dad never would let me ride)
You gotta have something that you're excited about. (now I want to get some discipline to practice the piano)
It helps if you are in good mental health. You may be a bit depressed. Do you have some good friend to talk to?
Do you have a fitness routine? Do you play an instrument?
Do you eat healthy foods? Do you get enough sleep? Are you addicted to anything that is keeping you from living fully?
It helps to write things down:

Let's take the first desires:
1. Take kids camping.
What are the necessary steps to make that happen?
A. Check out a good date for this.
B. Find out WHERE to camp.
C. Call ahead for reservations. etc.

2. Teach them to play sports
A. Ask them what sports they like
B. Hire a personal trainer to do it for you (just kidding)
C. Set a time & day to do it. etc.

Here are some good ideas:

Losing weight:
1.Do something that gets your heart rate up a bit like, walking, running, biking, and swimming.
2.Eat Whole, Organic foods like: Broccoli, Cabbage, Organic Brown Rice, Spinach, Sweet Potato, Apples, and other fruits and vegetables in their Natural State.
3.Avoid eating corn, white bread, white rice, candy, sodas, chips, and anything else that you already know you shouldn’t be eating.
4.Drink clean water as your beverage of choice. Avoid Fruit drinks and fruit juices (unless YOU juice them yourself)
5.Stop smoking, drinking beer & wine, and drinking coffee.
6.Get 8 hours of sleep each night.
7.Hang out with people who want to be healthy.

Tone up the muscles:
1.Join a gym and get a trainer.
2.If you’re short on cash, start a light stretching & yoga regimen.
3.Do push-ups, and light dumbbell curls for the upper body.
4.As I said above, walk, run, swim, and or bike.
5.Take an aerobics class, a yoga class, or some other fitness class.
6.Join the local YMCA..

Mental Health:
1.Get a friend to talk to each day about your feelings.
2.If you have some money or insurance, get a counselor to talk to.
3.Learn how to meditate.
4.Join a support group for the issue you’re dealing with.
5.Ask your Higher Self (or God) for guidance.
Yeah, I know how this is. Take your family on a trip, perhaps. Something to look forward to is the reason why some get out of bed with smiles on their faces.

Not to scare you, but, this could also being an early sign of depression. Maybe seek professional assistance, they could prescribe wonderful drugs to take. I don't necessarily support that, though.

Of course, exercise always helps, too. That rush of energy and self esteem you get whenever you lift weights can help. So maybe sign up to a local gym, you can meet new people, too.

As far as vitamins go, there are plenty of once a day vitamins you can take to keep yourself healthy and away from sickness.

Hope I helped
