Why am I so tired?

Even though you're a gamecock, and I'm a die-hard Clemson fan, I'll give you my unbiased opinion ;)
It probably has something to do with your biological clock. If you normally go to bed at night, your body's biological or internal clock will recognize a time for you to start feeling sleepy. Even though you just got 7 hours rest, your biological clock is still saying it's time for you to start feeling sleepy since it's night time. It's nothing to worry about, 100% normal.
Maybe you just are not giving your body the amount of rest it wants. Try exercising, that always makes me feel better when i am feeling tired, believe it or not.
Because you stayed up all night stupid head! Your clock in your brain is set to sleep at night, day sleepin dont do you any good! And you only got 7 when you need around 9. Drugs make it worse.
I have the same problem and i would love an answer as well
Staying awake overnight won't get fixed by 7 hours sleep . You wore your resistance down .
its because your body wasnt in the normal sleep pattern. When the sleep pattern becomes unregulated, your body feels more tired than usual.
It depends on the quality of sleep, and just the fact that you're out of your normal sleep timeframe.
If there was some disturbance noise, your sleep wouldn't be as good.
The other part of my answer is very similar to babies. If they are disrupted on a sleep basis, you know what happens.
After missing hours of sleep, I've read that the body actually must get the sleep back, hour for hour that was missed, no matter how long it takes! So, if you missed 8 hours last night, but got 7, you were at minus 1 hour. Now, you are minus 1 from last night plus minus 2, maybe, from tonight, so you are sleepy!
your sleep cycle is off.
when you alter your sleeping habits, you can actually change the quality of your sleep, it decreases dramatically.
example would be people who work nite shift, they can develop work shift sleep disorder,
check out this link, you'll understand more of why you aren't sleeping very well and why you are so tired.

You may be experiencing a "depressive" episode, or you may just be "hyped" about something that is going on in your life--a new love affair, excitement about a new job. Only you know what is happening. Examine your life. Make adjustments if you can. If you can't, perhaps you need to seek medical assistance.
your body clock is probably confused. if you normally sleep during the night your body thinks you should be sleeping now. It usually takes a few days to switch sleeping patterns.
sleep at a normal hour and you will wake up feeling a lot better...the answers are simple ..unless of course its a medical issure
get some sleep
if you oversleep it can make you tired you should only sleep about 2hours or less past 8hrs of sleep.its bad to oversleep and if you under sleep you are even more tired...Try exercising setting your alarm clock no matter how tired you are its your own fault.
it may have been too deep--no REM--if you don't dream, you don't feel like you've slept
