How do I get rid of VERTIGO..?

alrighty.. i had some crazy things happen to me within the last 3 weeks..now first my vision went blurry for about couple of minutes.. and then I was nasuea.. which is the worst..then I felt like I was going to collapse.. but i got better..so i ignored it..then on friday it came back but worst..my vision was completely blurry..i felt like I was going to faint..I wanted to throw up..the room was spinning..I ended up crying all day..and this morning..I felt like I was going to die. Now my sister suggests that I might of had VERTIGO..happen to me..twice but even worst..the second time..now Im scared it might come back...and I dont know what to do..I dont want this to come back and next thing I know kill me..so umm..any advice thanks!

Go to your doctor, they will suggest different types of treatment. Anti nausea tablets and stuff.

Im in the middle of another trial of fluid tablets to drain the fluid from my ears. If this doesnt work, I may need surgery. The thought of it freaked me out at first, but now..bring it on. Anything to get rid of it!

ok this is a temporary cure. look up and down 20 times then side to side 20 times.
after that do the same things with your eyes

I had that once and it was caused from an "inner" ear infection. Better go to the doc's and get an antibiotic. Get well.

To answer your question shortly you can go to the pharmacy and buy some medication called meclizine. they just pulled it off rx so it still may be behind the counter. Its pretty cheap too.

But.... This could be something serious. I think you should see a doctor. If you dont have the money go to the health dept. Are you by any chance diabetic? or have any other health problems. Could also be a panic attack among many other things which may mean you could have some psychological things to talk about as well as medical.
