Vitamin E and Aloe Vera are the best and most natural way to help with skin health externally and in many cases, healing damaged skin. Vitamin E creams don't have a very high potency of it, and most companies won't sell a straight vitamin E oil in a high enough concentration because it can build up in your system (if you take too high of a dose) and become toxic over time. That's why you should make sure you aren't taking a supplemental vitamin E at the same time. With Aloe Vera, you can just rub it on whatever areas need the soothing... and you can use a good cup or two a day safely if needed.

One of the best ways for smaller areas of damage (after the bulk of your skin has healed is to take a 400 IU softgel of vitamin E, poke a hole in the side of it (CAREFULLY), spread the oil on your skin, and rub it in like any massage oil. Make sure you use about an equal amount on each area of your face, as you should only do this once a day.

That's your best bet for external use (which is faster to heal the skin), but there are a lot of internal things you can use as well. There's Fish Oil (which I use for my skin problems), Biotin, Silica (available naturally in Horsetail herb), MSM, and Hyaluronic Acid among the most popular items. Different people have different reactions to those different ingredients, so it's hard to say what may help most for you. I've personally taken Biotin (which helps for a lot of people), but it was too powerful for me, so it shows how different people can be.

Considering you said that your skin is very sensitive, I would suggest taking a long bath with about a quart of Aloe Vera mixed in with it. Try to lay in the bath tub so that all of the affected areas are covered with water, and try to stay in for at least 20-30 minutes. Do this once or twice a day until your skin has healed up a bit or at least isn't so sensitive. Good luck!
soak in a tub with vinegar, yep...you will smell bad but it will take the sting of the burn out.
take semi cold showers and after you get out put on lotion. like thats what i do and it like always helps.
you should stay inside and put moisturizer all over your self after you take a cold shower so as to not inflict tons of pain.
I agree with OldTimeKid and the other person who recommended a vinegar bath. You can also take tylenol or ibuprofen for the pain. Take cool baths, stay away from hot showers! The water can feel like needles!

Feel better soon!
GO 2 THE DOCTOR AND ASK IF THEY CAN NUMB UR BODY OR USE ALAVERA
I am also fair skinned and blond and have suffered my fair share of sun burns. My grandma would put me in a cool bath with cornstarch--yes, about a fourth of a cup. Aloe is also very soothing. I feel sooo bad for you. Try to rest if you can and drink lots of fluids. Also use some moisturizer of some sort because drier skin will make the sunburn hurt worse. Try not to itch or pick at it, an ice pack in bed is also good. Make sure to take cooler showers as any warmth will be ouch.
NOXEMA HELPS PULL OUT SOME HEAT. I AM THE SAME BLONDE FAIR SKIN. ALSO IF YOU HAVE ANY TONER, SPRAY IS BEST. PUT IT IN THE FREEZER THEN SPRAY IT ON YOURSELF THIS FEELS REALLY GOOD YOU WILL STILL BE RED BUT WILL HELP WITH THE BURN. ( I USE SENSARIA)
Ouch.I have been in your shoes before and its no picnic. You can try soaking in a tub of cool water...It helps while you soak...Use that Aloe Vera gel...Its green & it really cools the burn down...Apply as often as needed...If u dont wanna use the lotion style, they have it in a spray style...
Use cold, damp clothes on areas that really bother you the most...And this works too: Lay naked in front of a fan, the cool air helps soothe the burning also...If you start to get nauseated at any time, plz go to the doctor immediately, as you could have sun poison.
Good Luck, hope you get to feeling better.
