This is a weird question but... umm?

Question:
if you put some heavy object on top of yourself( for example this guy i saw had a heavy rock on his stomach, to show how STRONG his abs were) but anyways if a normal person were to do that, wouldnt that cut of their circulation in that part of their body? and what would happen if their circulation in their abdominal area where cut off for a long period of time, what would happen, would they vomit blood? would they just vomit? what would happen? please be specific...

Answers:
There are a lot of things that could happen for someone who hasn't trained toward doing this for a long period of time. Yes, it could cut off circulation for some parts of the body (depends on where you put the heavy object). It could also damage the actual tissue itself (depending on how much it weighs), it could slip off your stomach and REALLY hurt another part of you, or they could just vomit from the added pressure on their stomach.

It's not a very good idea to try unless you are shown the correct way to do it and have trained your muscles to handle it.
first of all who ever this person is he/she is dumb and if dat happens u could die
