Yes, not that i ever have but there is an ingredient in most foods called monosodium glutimate. Examples include soup, chips, instant noodle and some sauces etc. I would suggest changing your diet, although im no model for better eating this food additive could be lethal to some. I took health classes and this was one the things they taught us.
