I'm not really sure what you mean.
My first recommendation would be to just keep eating healthy but to eat more. A healthy balanced diet keeps you just that, balanced and healthy. I don't think we should over eat any type of foods.
If you want to improve your physique why not do some weight bearing exercise and try and put on some muscle?
