How do you handle stress?

I don't. I don't sweat the small stuff. And that's what stress is.
workout and run, pet my dog, drink a glass of wine
I smoke and drink alcohol until I fall asleep. By the next afternoon, when I wake up , I barely remember!
Either confront the person causing it/seek resolution or withdraw/try to escape it for awhile. Comfort myself in knowing it too will pass.
sex,sex,sex. and sex
well if i'm at work we try and help eachother out and if i'm alone take deap breathes or count to ten. walk away if it is an option and yes sex is a very good stress reliever.
i eat a lot,(and ni mean alot!)
