Are American Spirit cigarettes better then the Normal.?


Question:
If I smoke American Spirit do I have a better chance of not getting lung cancer . Or is it the same as all other brands . Ive heard that it pure tobacco , not the poison and other bad crap they put in the other cigs .

Answers:
I think a cigarette's a cigarette, and the healthiest thing is just not to smoke them. I used to smoke only American Spirits, but now I don't smoke at all.
