Falling and staying asleep.?


Question:
Im 13.
And i woke up kinda late today (1:00pm)
And i goot wake up really early tomorrow and im not that tired.
I need some ways to fall and stay asleep quick and easy.

I was reading some ways on YouQA.com and they said stuff like "smoke weed" or "have sex". Dont gimmie those kinda answers.
Im only 13.

You have to be really active today. It's getting late. I suggest you put on some good music, and dance for a few hours. Then drink some warm milk. (Dance until you sweat!!) It would be fun to find a partner. A family member or friend. Good luck, kiddo! :)
Read a book in bed.

Also avoid caffeine between now and bedtime. Remember that chocolate contains caffeine.

Chamomile tea is a safe, natural sleep aid.
Take sleeping pills.
You knocked yourself out of your sleep cycle.You just have to be active and tire yourself out.If you start using medicine to fall asleep,it can make you dependent on them.Eat lite and be more active.Surely this will help you out.
i need sleeping pills to get me to sleep!
