Go to the ER or call 911. Anorexia/bulimia can cause heart failure.

First of all, get treatment for your eating disorders. Bulemia causes electrolyte imbalances over time, specifically potassium, which impacts your heart rhythm.
As for immediate relief, I am not sure what is the cause, but you really ought to get emergency help whenever you have bad chest pain.
It may not be cardiac in nature, but don't assume that.
If cardiac problem is ruled out, then treat it as recommended by the provider. Better to be safe than sorry. Just because you have had them before, doesn't mean this isn;t something life threatening.

If you hare having heart/chest pain, why in God's name would you be on the computer typing about it? Always go get help in these situations, this is how young people die when there is really no need for it. I think they call this denial.
please go to the emergency room right away! if you've been having chest pain for a while you have to go to the doctor immediately! you might have a heart problem because of the anorexia/bulimia. please go to the doctor before you have a heart attack!
