What are some ways to help me fall asleep?

i usually fall asleep around two in the morning? how can i change that because I hate being so tired during the daylight hours.

Answers:
Turn off the computer and go to bed.
Drink warm milk or Chamomile Tea with artificial sweetener.
Prayer always works for me!
To help me to get to sleep, I make sure that nothing is on, like a computer, or my phone, and close my eyes, think happy thoughts and will soon drift off. If you are too focused on trying to get to sleep, you never will. Just relax. Also, it might be your bed.

I usually have the same problem. Honestly, I found out that longer I stay on the computer at night, harder I fall asleep.
Several recipes you can try:
- get out of bed if you cannot fall asleep, turn on TV and watch for 10-15 minutes. Go back to bed - usually works because you forgot to think about not being able to fall alseep
- a good masage can help if you have bf, husband
- change the position of your bed or pillows - I sometimes just lay on the opposite side of the bed and fall asleep immediately

I asked my Doctor the same question, and then asked him for a sleeping aid. What he told me was get into bed, try and relax, do some deep breathing and then count backwards slowly from 100. I usually only get into the 80's now before I am fast asleep. Try it it works, Good luck.
