McDonald's hamburger - if you take the bread out, how fattening is the meat?
Question:
Answers:
A McDonald's beef patty alone, with no bread or condiments, is 90 calories, 7 grams of fat (3 saturated fat), 8 grams protein, 125 mg sodium, and 25 mg cholesterol.
You be the judge on how "fattening" it is, compared to everything else you ate/eat in the day.
probably the same as the bread. lol
Do yourself a favor and rent "Supersize Me". Stay away from fast food! It is unhealthy!
probably about 5 grams of fat...you can google mcdonalds nutrition sheet :)
It's stil pretty bad, read the link here for their nutritional info: http://www.mcdonalds.com/app_controller. You'd be alot better off at subway ( http://subway.com/subwayroot/menunutriti... ), or wendy's ( http://wendys.com/food/pdf/us/nutrition. ). There are much better choices in fast food, and, if you just want taste, hardy's tastes way better and is about teh same, if not better for you.
What meat? I don't think it's real meat in the traditional sense (meaning quality meat).
