Why do my bones stick out?

Question:
im 16 and 140lbs i run and wokrout every week but some reason my rib bones and bones below my stomach stick out u never see guys like this so why am i like this

Answers:
You never see guys like this because we like to keep our shirts on. Your naturally high metabolism is burning all the fat in your body. No amount of muscle training is going to cover your ribs. Fat and only fat can do that. It will smooth out when you get to be about 25 and even more when your 30. Just remember, you're not a girl so there's no reason to be so physically self- conscious.
theres obviously not enough fat or muscle to cover the bones in that area. i wont advise you to over-eat but in your excercise regimen you might want to try some abdominal excercises to build some muscle around that area. hopefully that would work.

however, if it troubles you to such a great extent consider seeing your general doctor

hope this helps
well i don't think thats bad just make sure you eat a lot of good food and that your body isn't lacking any vitamins or minerals.
it could be hereditary but it sounds like you haven't grown into your body yet. give yourself a couple more years and you'll fill out but in the mean time you may want to cut back on your running some.
