When you get a physical examnation when they test your blood do they automaticly test for things like HIV?

They do not automatically test for HIV. Not everyone is sexually active. If you are sexually active, they will test if you want them to do so. Or if you are having some kind of symptoms that have to do with being sexually active they will check for HIV.
no testing can be done without your consent, including HIV, esp as you pay for it. They will inform you of what testing is recommmended.
No unless you ask for it, and you have to sign a release in the United States.

no they only test for the things your dr orders my son has his blood drawn every month
