its late at night. my sister cant sleep. she took a tylenol pm and she has ben up still for 3 hours. im tired and want to go to bed but i cant leave her alone. what are some tricks for her to get to sleep.

How old is your sister? If she's a little kid, she probably shouldn't have taken a Tylenol PM. Maybe read her a story or give her some warm milk.
