My friend came over last night...Then in the middle of the night I had this TERRIBLE sore throat! Later today I found out that my friend had strep throat...Is it possible for me to be able to feel the symptoms of strep throat after one day?

If you have a sore throat and white looking spots on your throat when you open your mouth, that's a sure indicator. If you have any symptoms listed below you should see your doctor for some meds.
