Answers:
You may not like this answer, but it needs to be said. If you are worried about death and dying, you likely have an anxiety disorder like OCD or Generalized Anxiety Disorder.

My husband is a worrier. There are times that he has to make a decision, but he procrastinates so long that it becomes too late. He is usually just afraid that he's going to make the "wrong" decision.

My son is Autistic and worries about possibly having someone break into our home. Usually I just remind him that the police station is 2 blocks away, anyone dumb enough to try to break in wouldn't be smart enough to break in to start with!

A lot of times, blood pressure fluctuations, like when we feel under stress, can give us the feeling that we are "wiped out". I feel this way when my son puts me on the spot wanting to do things or understand things he is too inexperienced to grasp.

I do recommend talking to someone about your worries. Sometimes just saying aloud what is bothering you can make you put it into perspective.

Also, take time to smell the roses. The less you worry, the more fun you can have. Just remember that what you're feeling (the fatigue) is normal and that feeling overwhelmed sometimes is just part and parcel of being a parent.

One of the most important things you can do for yourself and your family is spend more time with them having fun rather than stressing over chores. A water balloon fight can do much more for your family's relationship than keeping tabs on who is doing their chores on time.

Learn to have fun and enjoy your kids while they are still young. No one ever gets to the end of their life, say around 100, and looks back and says "I wish I'd worried about things that aren't likely to happen more often". Usually, their last wish would be to have spent more time having fun with their family than working and fighting over small issues. Pick your battles wisely. I know you have it in you to do that.
