Answers:
Try waking up earlyer, your sleep cycle actualy starts when you wake up, you need to be awake for 14-16 hours before you can sleep for most people. Try not to nap during the day.
Also exersize and getting yourself worn out during the day will help. Not eating foods high in saturated fat or simple carbs will help regulate your body.
Some forms of insomnia are caused by vitamin deficiency. Try taking a muti-vitamin like women's one day. You should notice a difference after a week or so. Also yoga breathing exercises will help you relax as well. I'm 25 and I have certain times of the year, summer and winter where I don't sleep at night. You could just be a "night" person. Sleeping pills won't help you sleep good. I tried them and I felt groggy in the mornings. Make yourself get up in the mornings and that will help too.
believe me nothing will work . im like that too and i have two kids to wear me out and still i cant sleep. what i used to do that used to help was number counting. i know it sounds dumb but it worked for me when i was younger now nothing works.haha
I suffered insomia for years. I really tried everything from noise reduction to sleeping pills.
One thing however that really worked for me was this little miracle. I'm sleeping so much better now. I highly recommended if you have trouble sleeping. It's called Natural Sleep Secrets.
Worked wonders for me. It might not work for everyone, but it sure is worth a try. Sleep is indeed very important.
