How do you stop a tea addiction?

Question:
how can i convince someone to stop drinking too much tea? how do i help this person stop? and what are the consequesnces of drinking too much tea?

Answers:
You can't make anyone stop doing anything...
But you can let that person know your concerns
You can research tea and find out what kind of
teas are better ect.. You sound like
you care for this persons health.. make sure you
let this person know how you feel! good luck!
The best way to cut back on anything is little by little. Drink smaller amounts everyday. Then drink a small amount every other day. Before you know it, you just won't crave it anymore.
Why stop someone from drinking tea? If they enjoy it let them have it, it's not like alchohol. The only bad thing is drinking too much caffinated tea can be harmful to you. Otherwise tea can be very good, it can help you lose weight, ease stress, and prevent cancer.
You stop any addiction by changing your subject of focus, having preoccupation, and by Abruptly and unpleasantly gradually dessociating to that which one is addicted to.
