You should really check the doctor! You may be experiencing intestinal problems, especially when there's blood involved. I heard of a case, and it's best to see a doctor about it. The blood may come from a tear in the intestine, however, you will never know if you don't consult medical help. It may not be something that serious, but if you want your comfort back, why hesitate?

It sounds like you get enough fiber. Try taking a laxative or stool softener.

well cranberry and prune juice helps a lot, also try increasing your daily intake of fibre. I know when i get constipated i drink a little bit of sugar water which is a good stool softener and it has always worked for me.

Since vingear is a natural laxitive, you need to eat more kosher pickles. I do and feel better...less of what you described...which is constipation!
you are getting too much fiber, cut down on the veggies, don't eat a whole lot of them. If there is also blood in your stool, then you need to see the doctor because there is something else going on internally that needs to be addressed. Good Luck.
id try some metamusil fibre..2 times a day...but then drink ample water aswell..as well as taking senna pod...Laxatives..try prunes..until your regular and can pass it normaly...may i add that panadole and some other medications can cause you to become constipated..

Do you eat oil with your food? It does help to prevent painful friction. Olive oil is very healthy eaten in crude in salads or cooked (not fried though).
you need to eat more whole grain foods. sometimes vegetables alone don't contain enough fiber. you need mroe bulk. i have had the same issue as you.
eat some fiber cereal for breakfast, for example fiber one, all bran, or kashi golean. these clean you out. or you can have some whole grain bread or whole wheat pasta.
I have known someone with the same problem, she ates lots of fiber, oats, vegetables and fruits etc but the problem persist, then she eat black rice everyday and she's alright now, it only need several days to take effect after first eating it.
avoid meats for one month. mix 1teaspoon of castor oil with 50ml hot water,take this mixture daily before retiring to bed.a glass of hot water is also good with this medicine. an ayurvedic medicine MANIBHADRA GUDAM 1tspoon at 6pm is effective for constipation.
