What causes fainting in a 14 year old girl?

Without any details it's hard to say. There could be so many causes! Could be lack of sleep, anemia, anorexia, low blood pressure, poor circulation, low blood sugar, dehydration, over-exercising, sun-stroke, illnesses (like the flu), extreme vertigo, drug/alcohol/toxic reaction, vitamin deficiency, or any number of other physical causes...could also be psychologically based, such as anxiety reaction. Maybe you should take her to a doctor to get a physical evaluation to rule out a physical cause if you can? Hopefully it's nothing serious.
It could be anything, insulin shock, heat stroke, malnutrition, dehydration. The only person who could tell you for sure is a doctor.
