Heres a couple of suggestions:
Ky Warming Lubricant
Use a nicely scented lotion Lavender helps with relaxation, grap a bowl of moderately hot water and put the lotion bottle in the hot water it will warm the lotion up and make the muscles less tense.
: Also another tip is do a scalp massage women love that...
Hope it goes well...good luck
corn starch its awesome and has a silky texture also it is less messy than oil and costs about a buck, you can get a small brush to apply it.
Lotion is my absolute favorite! Only something very lightly scented (perhaps lavender), if you choose a scented lotion. It may not be much of a surprise, but it's still a great choice. It's not messy at all, since your skin absorbs it, so you don't have to worry about cleaning up and washing your hands before you do anything else. It still allows your hands to glide easily, though.
You can also mix lotion with warm water (don't do cold, as it will cause the skin and muscles to tense up... which defeats the purpose) to make it thinner. Put some lotion and warm water in a bottle, close the cap, and shake it up REALLY well. Go from there!
