Help for a girl that feels like crying?


Question:
I'm sooo down and stressed out.

I've been with friends today, I had my fav food, I talked with my bf. I'm not sexually frustrated. I enjoyed a cocktail. I think I've done everything good for me today. I am not PMSing.

I want to cry so much but I an unable.

What can I do to feel better? What do you do?

Answers:
i would agree with "i say" and the rest who says if u feel like crying, cry. the thing with that is the behavior can become like a recurring decimal and that's not nice. there is obviously some latent disturbance muscularly, emotionally or even psychologically.

you mentioned that u r sexually okay, so it's likely the two that are tied together, emo- psycho. if you are a person who think's a lot and like to get to the bottom or top of things, then maybe u r at the "borderline" of u r reasonning and ur brain need to be stimulated. u see, a person can only get so much from society, they could have 10 phd's and still be unfulfilled.
education is not a criterior neither is money but those thing can sure make finding it easier.

take long cool showers, join a taiji quan or aikido class, investigate something new. know this, the void in u cannot be filled by material's or spiritual illusions. it requires sound universal knowledge, it's there u just have to find it. u r not alone.
Take a nap.
I turn my favorite music up loud, get relaxed, close my eyes and think of ALLLLL the good things that just happened..
Something else you should try.. Go run around the block a few times... That might sound crazy but NO MATTER WHAT that always works for me.. I dunno if it'll work for you but no harm in trying..
write your emotions, make something of them a song, just get them out, thoze cries have to mean something but they have to be understood so that you can get them out fulfill them and rest.
crying for no reason really is healthy
i mean if you feel like crying, cry..
there's absolutely nothing wrong with crying for no reason..
but if you really want to feel better
yoga is really relaxing..i think just treat yourself to things that you really love...get a massage or go to a spa with a friend
i would say ask yourself whats wrong...but before that meditate if you know how to, or try and do something to RELAX...taking a nap may be a good idea.

once you relax enough you'll realise whats bothering you.if you are missing someone, or feel ignored or anything else. Once you find out whats wrong, correct it.

worst case scenario, if you cant find whats wrong and still cant stop feeling like you have to cry.watch a mushy movie. that'll bound to break the barrier.sometimes crying is good for your health..

If u feel to cry then you must cry. Crying helps to release the mental burden and pressure and makes you feel relaxed.

Making love also helps to deal with pressure.

Yoga is also very good.

And if you wish u can visit a beauty parlor/saloon too. Those messages really helps a lot. Look pretty you may end up feeling pretty.
you can just indulge yourself to some worthwhile activities that can ease your loneliness
I think this sounds a bit like depression but dont worry yet because i dont know for sure. What you describe o me is what i have also been feeling lately. I feel as though whatever i do isnt good enough even on good days lyk today what i do is:

1. I turn my music up real loud and jump and dance to it (like someone has already said)

2. I take a nice bath and pamper myself if the dancing doesnt work

3. If none of that works i do something creative like cook, read a book, etc.

If none of the above dont work for you wait maybe a week and if you are still feeling this way you may want to seek professional advice or counsiling.

oh and btw another way to stop you feeling this way is to make a list of all the good things you have done, but you cant write anything that is negative because it will put down you self-esteem.


If you want to do something that make you feel good inside so something nice like sponsor a child.
After such a good day, and I still feel like crying, I do the one thing that never seems to fail, I ask God what's the problem and it may probably be then that I forgot him along all the fun that I had.

Music! Go into your room and turn your stereo up as loud as it can go, jump around, dance...etc. Clear your mind of everything. Your probably just thinking too much. Go around your family...don't stay locked up in one place for too long. Move around, play outside, do something.
having a good cry is a good way to release all the tensions we have..get a good soppy dvd close the curtains put the heating on get the duvet wrapped you and buy the biggest bar of chocolate you can that usually works for me.
