What can i do to improve my vision?

but when i staying too far from what i want to see, such as in movie theater, i do need glasses
i try not to wear it because i know wearing glasses will make my vision worse. and also it makes me look like a nerd :p
im only 18, and i'm a guy. i use computer for about 6 hours day. i use computer for my part time job, and i also use it for other stuffs as well.
i dont need long paragraphs. i just need short lists of things that i can do to improve my vision.
and 'see a doctor' doesn't count. doc did what she can do, she got me a glasses
so yea, help me out

Besides carrots, corn (maize) is supposed to be good for your vision.
Lazer eye surgery!
You could always get contact lenses if you don't want to do the laser eye surgery.
PS. using the Pc will end up making it worse.

i dont know but my eyesight is really bad cause i do everything on the computer so i guess less computer and tv.
