Any ideas what's wrong with me?

Question:
I am a 22 y/o woman and lately (for about 2 months) i have felt like i'm getting sick (you know the feeling?), but i haven't gotten sick, i just feel weak and headachy and i have difficulty concentrating and remembering things, and my muscles get sore from doing ordinary work.

I dont' drink, or smoke or take drugs, i am not pregnant, ok. i don't excercise or eat properly (i'm only size 12, but i could be size 10, so what?) ok. i do have depression and i work 14 hour days on my feet, in a hot kitchen (only four day week though).

But, this isn't normal for me, any ideas of what's wrong with me?

Answers:
classic exampleof depression- over work-improper diet and possibly dehydration due to working in a hot kitchen
sore muscles headaches and forgetfulness
fatigue show you need some down time
get enough rest eat properly keep hydrated and try doing some low impact exercise like walking 20 minutes at least 3-4 times a weekly- doing some activity you enjoy
take a vacation even if you do not go away
take time to treat and pamper yourself
if this does not help see your doctor and have a complete physical to rule out any underlying medical cause
good luck! and feel better
Sounds like you are just overdoing and not eatting properly is not helping matters much.

You need to eat better. Cut out the sodas which rob your body of iron, minerals, and important vitamins.

Be checked for Iron deficiency. This can cause all the symptoms you are having and since you don't eat well this could be low.

I have anemia and this happens.
You should be treated for your depression and eat healthier.
It sounds like either your lifestyle is catching up with you, or you have contracted a condition or disease. It's best if you consult a doctor with a list of all your unusual symptoms as well as a list of things that could contribute - your eating habits, lack of exercise, long working hours, working conditions, and depression. Only a doctor can decide if your problem is medical or situational, and make qualified recommendations on what needs to be done.
This might be something you've thought of, but I would suggest stress. Stress can do some terrible things to the body and mind, not to mention the depression. I've found personally that exercising helps with my depression. Now if I could just get into that routine =) But good luck, I hope you feel better soon!
please go to the doctor for evaluation and blood tests. you could have a tick borne disease like lyme, or lupus, or chronic fatigiue syndrome and or fibromyalgia.goodluck;)michele
