Noo it wasnt eye drops it was ipecac. Ipecac induces vomiting they use it to pump peoples stomaches.

It is unlikely. Few eye drops contain medications that are harmful, and even if they do, it is heavily diluted in saline or other liquids. If the person is allergic to the medicine...maybe.
