You could listen to some soothing music or read a relaxing book

I take a spoon full of nighttal/nigthtime, there are several differant brands, helps me get a good nights sleep
Take a warm bath with beeds,dimed lights or candles while closing your eyes and thinking of something peaceful
Get a full body massage right before bed
Be active all day
