Being overwhelmed is often caused by being overstressed. Stress can really bring us down. You need to lighten you load. Begin to eliminate things around you which you feel are stressing you out. Make a list and eliminate things by priority. Somethings are necessary, but not everything is; so begin to use wisdom about what you can change. Now sometime some people need help even after reducing their daily load of responsibilites in life and find they are still stressed out. These people need to seek help from a doctor. Only you can decide just actually how stressed you are and what can be eliminated. Best wishes for a bright future.
How old are you, what is your situation? School? Work? Kids? Boyfriend? Try to slow down a little and step back. Are you a perfection freak? Are you depressed? If so see your Doc. If you are generally stressed get a hobby and make time for yourself. I play guitar every night which destresses me. Sports is also good, but you have to make time for them. If there are poisonous people in your life cut them loose!
