Why after diahrrea does your butt hole hurt?

When you have diarrhea you are expelling stomach acids out with the poop, and that burns the anal tissue, which makes it hurt. Try using some Tucks pads (for hemorrhoids) and it will help clean it better than just toilet paper.
I'm thinking its probably because your butt has been using that muscle to push out, and the fact that you know your stool has been coming out of you continuously, which would cause that area to become adjutated and sore.

Too much wetting and drying, and rubbing with TP, makes delicate tissues more delicate. And you may have eaten something acidic. I have shared your pain.
