running lifting weights and chaning diet.
Depends on how much you want/need to lose. But a pound a week is reasonable. Too rapid can be dangerous.
Seriously up your vegetable intake!! Cut way back on meats. Especially red ones. No potatoes no fried yucky greasy food. Fresh fruits and veggies! Peanut butter anything with protein. Just cut back on carbs and meats. I promise you'll lose weight.
one of my friends did nothing but eat sandwiches and drink water for a couple of weeks and i think he lost like 50 pounds.im not sure if it was healthy that way but it worked
Okay, heres what I am doing, I got a membership to the gym and do aerobic exercises only for now because I need to lose as much weight as possible as fast as I can. I have started eating right, no more burgers no more sweets no more soda just water and bird and fish with vegitables, fruit and low carb cereal in the morning. I have been on this for about six weeks and have lost 21 lbs so far. Now I started out at 277 so being this big I will lose the weight faster than someone of the same height but that wieghs less than me by 40-50 pounds. I plan to set a realistic goal for 100 lbs in a year. Now back to when I said that I cut out all the bad stuff I have a cheat day once a week. I do excercise everyday for 1.5 to 2 hours so A burger or soda once a week doesn't kill ya. You have to go at your pace and if you start diverting from what you are doing then just kick yourself in the *** and start over.
Low carbohydrate/high protein...take vitamins with it. The first few days you won't lose any by the scale...then you'll lose 3 lbs at once...then about a lb a day. Be sure you have at least the minimum amount of carbs.
A vegetarian diet might help.
