My ears are so low on my face they look like they are connected to the bottom of my jaw. When I lift them up, my face looks normal. If I somehow hold my ears up, lets say when I go to sleep for eight hours, will they slowly lift upward on my head? I know it sounds crazy, but you never know. Thanks

You'd need to get a plastic surgery for a permanent fix.
Honestly, don't worry about it. That's such a small thing to fixate on. As long as ears don't stick out, no one really notices!
