Why does my chest make a crack sound when i sneeze? and hurts when i turn my upper body?

Question:
I'm 24 and have always been healthy. When i sneeze, sometimes my chest in the center cracks. It hurts just for a second. Also, if i turn my upper body a certain way my chest hurts in the same spot. This has been happening for a couple months. What could this be? Thanks.

Answers:
I did a search for other answers because this happens to me too.
I was stretching getting ready for a workout, and I got a pain in my chest, like a pressure.
If freaked me out and I thought I must have pulled something but I didn't stretch very hard.
I walked around all day until I had reached up to grab something and it popped - like the sound of your knuckle cracking.
It hurt and it freaked me out, but the pain was gone a few seconds later and so was the pressure.

I talked to my doctor about it and he said ' Oh your chest is probably just inflamed. Take some Advil' He acted like it was no big deal!

I never trusted his answer and I was sure that something else was wrong with me.

But I keep reading all these posts that say they can crack their chests too and it relieves the pressure.

So i guess its just like when you crack your back or your knuckles .

Its weird though, and I would rather it not happen.
Hmm, have you been injured lately?, I think a few bones are broken inside of you when you move because the bones are rubbing against your other bones and organs. Im not sure, but go to a doctor, and get a x-ray.
