Will this help me grow taller? I'm 15?


Question:
Alright, just listen and see if this is a good way to help me grow taller:
-Sleep atleast 8 hours a day.
-Drinks lots of water(about 8 cups a day)
-Stretch and excersise(run & walk)
-Eat fresh food (vegetables, mostly greens)
-Have good posture & dont stress.
-Dont have any weight on your body

Well, thats all that i can think of, and more suggestions?? Any ideas that would help me reach my potential height guys? I would really aprreciate your help. Thanks

souds like a healthy lifestyle, but it is not going to mage you taller. you are just 15, you will grow until you are about 20. both my brothers had a "growing spurt" at about 16-17 and gained several inches in height. look at the men in your family on both sides and that will give you a general idea of how tall you will be.

on the lighter side, when I was a kid (under 13 or so) my dad told me and my brothers if we wanted to be tall we had to put a brick on our heads and stand up straight. one brother tried it, he couldn't keep the brick in place, and grew up to be the shortest of us three lololol just coincidence,but still funny

Males usually stop growing at 18 and often earlier but sometimes growth continues beyond 18.
